2. Prize

• 1 First prize: 1 AEON BIKE fold bicycle Takeda Landscape with value of 6,490,000 VND
• 1 Second prize: 1 Voucher value 2,000,000 VND from ANTA
• 1 Third prize: 1 Voucher value 1,000,000 VND from ANTA

3. Eligibility

– Customers who register directly at Bill exchange booth, Lighthouse court, 1st floor, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center.
– Customers who download the Mobile application and register all information as instructor’s guidance.

4. Time, location and how to identify winner

– Time for registration: 18:30 – 21:00, 26/03/2021 – 06/04/2021

– Time for prize announcement: 20:00, 7th April,2021

– Location: Lighthouse Court, 1st floor AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan – No. 10 Vo Nguyen Giap street, Kenh Duong ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong or any other location assigned by AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan.

– Execution method: After the final day of the program 06/04/2021, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will summarize 3 people with highest scores during the period and give the prize. Winners will be announced on AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan official Facebook fanpage and contacted directly to claim the prize.

– Prize handover:

From 08/04/2021 to 07/05/2021, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will contact all winners (via phone or texts) to confirm the eligibility of winning individuals. If AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan can not contact with winners in 3 times or Winners can not show the evidence of being eligible, they can not claim the prize and AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will hand over the prize the person with next highest score.
Winners who do not show up for prizes or are not eligible to claim as regulated in program’s terms and conditions are not entitled to or deny the the prize.

When claiming the prize, Customers will have to show ID/Passport with exact information registered on Mobile application and AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan.

Time for claiming prizes: no later than 07/05/2021.

5. Responsibility of informing

– Organization will announce publicly details of VR game’s terms and conditions on official website of organization
– Organization will publicly announce the results of VR game at business location and directly to winners.

6. Other rules.

– Winners must comply with law of personal income tax after claiming the prize, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will deduct personal income tax (collect and pay on behalf of customers) as regulated (if any) before handing over prizes to customers.
– Winners are responsible for any fees relating to claiming prizes (installment fee, traveling fee, etc relating to prize claiming process)
– Prizes can not be exchanged to money
– With agreement of Winners, organizations and sponsors will use information and image of Winners for promotion activities.
– AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will not be responsible for all complaints about the program after 07/05/2021. In case of conflict, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan’s decision will be taken as final result.
