[MUSIC SHOW] RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING TICKETS TO PARTICIPATE IN AEON MALL FEST 2025

AEON MALL Fest music event with the participation of famous artists: Bui Cong Nam, HuyR, Da LAB will take place on September 13, 2025 at AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan.

 

🔁 TICKET EXCHANGE METHOD: Customers can exchange tickets to attend the event through 2 shopping methods:

1. Shop directly at AMHPLC Shopping Center from August 1, 2025 until tickets run out,

2. Shop on the AEON MALL Plus e-commerce platform from July 30 to August 13, 2025. ️

🎫 TICKET CLASS INFORMATION:

  • VIP tickets (seats near the stage): daily cumulative bill from 3,500,000 VND / ticket
  • Classic tickets (seats): daily cumulative bill from 2,000,000 VND / ticket
  • Fanzone tickets (standing tickets near the stage): orders on AEON MALL Plus from 2,000,000 VND / ticket
  • Standing tickets (standing tickets): daily cumulative bill from 1,000,000 VND / ticket
📍1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGING VIP / CLASSIC / STANDING TICKETS AT THE MUSIC EVENT TICKET EXCHANGE COUNTER – AEON MALL FEST 2025

– Location: Entrance area opposite San Ho lobby, door 4

– Time: August 1, 2025 until tickets run out

– Customers who exchange the accumulated bills on the day are eligible to receive tickets to attend the music event on September 13, 2025 (ticket class and bill level according to the information above)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 📍2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGING FANZONE TICKETS FOR MUSIC EVENT – AEON MALL FEST 2025

👉 Step 1: REGISTER FOR WAON POINT MEMBER Download the AEONMALL Vietnam mobile app, select AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan and register to join the WAON membership point program – WAON point.

👉 Step 2: SHOP ONLINE AT AEON MALL PLUS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM Access the “Online shopping” section, select AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan and shop at the booths, make payment. A valid transaction must have a total value of 1 or more orders of 2,000,000 VND (excluding shipping costs) between 30/7/2025 and 13/8/2025.

👉 Step 3: TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF ‘COMPLETED ORDER’ After the order is completed (the customer has received the goods, paid and completed the order), access “Purchase Orders”, click on the orders, take a screenshot of the order information. *Screenshots must clearly show the status of Order Completed, Name of the shop purchased, Total amount, Order time

👉 Step 4: FILL OUT THE TICKET EXCHANGE REGISTRATION FORM

Access the online ticket exchange registration link of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan, fill in all the information, upload a valid screenshot at: https://forms.gle/TUKDDAzD3NTUynni8

👉 Step 5: CHECK THE ORGANIZER’S REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL Within 7 days of registration, the Organizer will send a registration confirmation email and may contact you again in case the registration information is invalid.

👉 Step 6: GET YOUR TICKET AND GET READY TO PARTY

Check your e-ticket in Voucher -> My Voucher -> Mall voucher in the mobile app. The organizer will send the ticket at least 5 days before the event.
📝NOTE:

– The program does NOT apply to AEON Supermarket and Department Store bills.
– Each customer can redeem up to 4 tickets in the entire program (including both online and direct ticket redemption)
– 01 invitation ticket is only for 01 customer, not including children. The program content is not suitable for customers under 13 years old, customers please consider before participating.
– Invitation tickets cannot be converted into cash. Exchanged tickets cannot be refunded in any form.
– Invoices are combined during the day but cannot be separated in any form. – Invoices used to participate in the program to redeem online tickets cannot be used to redeem directly at the shopping mall and vice versa.
– Customers please present ID card, purchase invoice, and shopping goods when participating in the program.
– The management board has the right to reject invalid invoices (provisional invoices, reprinted invoices, invoices without a purchase address at the shopping mall, invoices not used by the owner, etc.).
 – The number of tickets is limited, so the ticket exchange time may end sooner than expected.
– In case of any dispute or complaint, the decision of the Organizing Committee is final.

 

  📝 NOTES:
– For Fanzone tickets, the Organizing Committee only accepts transactions on the AEON MALL Plus platform and purchases from booths at the AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan branch
– Valid transactions are transactions with the order status completed, with a total value of 1 or more orders from 2,000,000 VND during the Fanzone ticket exchange period, purchased by the owner and not participating in the online or direct ticket exchange shopping program at the shopping center.
– After completing the order (Customer has received the goods, paid and completed the order), the customer needs to register to exchange tickets online according to the Organizing Committee’s instructions to register to exchange tickets.
– Each customer can exchange up to 4 tickets during the entire program (applicable to both online and direct ticket exchanges)
