Officially from June 16, 2025, the WAON POINT Membership Program will continue to expand at AEON MALL Vietnam shopping malls nationwide, bringing many attractive benefits and interesting shopping experiences.

Conversion rate:

– 10,000 VND shopping = 1 WAON point

– 100 WAON points = 1 WAON

Voucher worth 10,000 VND With denominations: 10,000 VND; 30,000 VND; 50,000 VND; 100,000 VND; 150,000 VND; 300,000 VND

⏳ Points expiry date: 2 years

📅 Voucher expiry date: 6 months from the date of issue

‼ Important note:

Points will not be redeemed from June 16, 2025 due to the new policy of the WAON POINT Membership Points Program.

Except in cases of points accumulating errors such as POS payment errors, internet errors or points accumulating system errors.

Customers need to provide full member information, transaction information (invoice number, transaction value…) as well as images proving the points accumulating errors.

The shopping mall will support customers in completing the points accumulating procedure if eligible.

Click on “Membership Card” at the bottom of the app display screen to register for AEONMALL Vietnam Rewards program.

For customers downloading the App for the first time, just select “Register for loyalty” and fill in the information.

For customers who already have an account on the App but have not registered as a member of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan, please select “Membership Card” and follow the instructions.

After successfully registering, click on the “Membership Card” section at the bottom of the screen to get your personal membership code. From now on, when shopping at the stores, you will give your membership code and the store staff will swipe the code to accumulate points. Points will automatically accumulate 10,000 VND = 1 WAON point.
