Starting from June 16, 2025, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will no longer offer retroactive point accumulation for the WAON point program, except in cases of technical errors such as:
🔹 POS payment system errors
🔹 Internet connection issues
🔹 Point accumulation system failures
👉 In such cases, customers are kindly requested to provide the following information:
🔹 WAON membership details
🔹 Transaction details (receipt number, transaction amount, purchase time, etc.)
🔹 (Important) Image proof of the point accumulation error (including the picture of bill from Payoo pos machine)
📩 Please visit the Information Counter (near Entrance 8 of the mall) for assistance if your information is valid and complete.
