1. The general information:

• Location:

– Each courts in shopping mall have an area of usable approximately 230m2, capacity up to 500 people.

– Flamboyant & Sakura hall with a total usable area of ​​650m2, capacity up to 600 people

• Available equipment: LED screen 9m x 5m, projector, standard stage 9m x 4m, tables and chairs, sound system, … (equipment varies depending on the area of ​​use)

2. Purpose of use:

• Organize artistic performances such as music events, dance performances, singing, theater, fashion shows, etc.
• Organizing festivals, celebrations, contests, meetups, group events, charitable activities, and more.
• Organize exhibitions, workshops, and other non-commercial purposes.

3. Registration regulations:

• If you wnat to borrow the court/hall shall register (at least 3 days in advance for small events and 14 days for large events) in one of the following ways:
  • Fill in the form directly at the AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan office.
  • Download APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO USE LIGHTHOUSE COURT here, fill in all necessary information in the form and send it to the email address: [email protected] for processing.
• Mall office will review and approve/reject the usage registration form and respond to the applicant accordingly.
