The meaning behind the name KHAO&NUA
Originating from an ancient Thai poem: “Nai Nam Mi Pla Nai Na Mi Khao” which means “Fields have rice – Streams have fish”, KHAO&NUA wants to send a message that the dishes are made from natural, rustic, and simple ingredients. “Khao” is rice and “nua” is meat, these are also the two main ingredients that have created dishes ranging from popular to scrumptious in Asian culture since ancient times.
