AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan would like to thank customers for always caring and loving. We are very sorry that from the afternoon of May 10, 2021, there were some information that caused concern to customers and the community.
As reported by the mass media, two Covid-19 patients (No.3051 and No.3094) declared their schedules to visit AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan at around 2:30 p.m. on April 29, 2021.
On the afternoon of May 10, 2021, immediately after receiving information, we coordinated with the health authorities to implement:
– Review and check the travel and contact journey of the two customers mentioned above.
– Suspend the operation of the counter area where two customers have contact.
– Provide a list of cases where employees have close contact with these two customers to the authorities for guidance on isolation under the direction of health authorities.
– Strictly follow the instructions for medical declaration, complete disinfection spraying with Cloramin B on the entire shopping mall area on the night of May 10, 2021 to ensure the safety of customers and employees in the shopping mall.
Up to now, we have not recorded any cases of employees or customers with abnormal health symptoms related to these two customers.
From the morning of May 11, 2021, after completing the pandemic prevention measures, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan Shopping Mall was allowed to continue operating, open normally to serve the essential shopping needs of customers.
In addition, with the health and safety of customers and all employees of the shopping center as the top priority, immediately after the announcement of the risk of a re-pandemic outbreak from the end of April to now, in addition to AEON Group’s pandemic prevention measures implemented since February 2020, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan has actively increased the frequency of disinfection to ensure pandemic prevention measures in accordance with regulations.

– Customers always wear mask when coming to the shopping mall.
– All employees must wear masks and disinfect their hands frequently when serving customers.
– All areas in the mall have increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency.
– Ensuring safe distance in public area, install transparent safety shields.
– Strengthen communication and announcement by loudspeaker in shopping mall to promote awareness of disease prevention.
