1. Subject

All customers shopping at AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center with total bill value from 2,000,000 đồng trở lên (including bills from stores inside AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan; and AEON General Merchandise Store – however, AEON General Merchandise Store bill is only applied along with a bill from stores of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center) will be eligible to join in the Voucher machine.

2. Prize

• 1 Special prize: 1 Panasonic refrigerator
• 1 First Prize: 1 Electrolux washing machine
• 2 Second Prize: 1 Phillips air fryer or 1 Panasonic microwave
• 3 Third Prize: Voucher 2,000,000 VND from PEDRO
• 5 Fourth Prize: Voucher 1,000,000 VND from PEDRO
• 8 Consolation Prize: Voucher 500,000 VND from PEDRO
• Thousand lucky prizes: AEON voucher or gifts from AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan

3. Terms and conditions

• All customers shopping at AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center with total bill value within the day from 2,000,000 VND (including bills from AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center and AEON General Merchandise Store*), customers will be eligible to join to catch voucher inside of Voucher machine equivalent to one prize. (details as in Item 2).
(*) AEON General Merchandise Store is only applied along with shopping, F&B and entertainment service bill of AEON MAL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center.
• Customers show legitimate bills and provide all required personal information including name, ID/passport, phone number and signature then will join in to catch voucher inside the machine as instructed by an employee.
• With customers who win Consolation prize to Special prize, customers must show ID/passport when receiving prizes.
• With each bill exchange time, customers can join 3 times and not limited during the promotion time.
• Eligible bills to join are issued by stores of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center and AEON General Merchandise Store and must have address of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center.
• Re-issued bill or temporary bills are not eligible to join and AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan has the rights to reject all ineligible bills.
• Customers can accumulate all bills in the same day from one or many stores but can not be split at any condition.

4. Eligibility of winning evidence

• Directly picked from Voucher Machine of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan under witnesses of staffs and other customers.
• Has logo of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan and do not have sign of damage or correction.
• AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will not take responsibility for ineligible voucher which does not meet all the above requirements.

5. Time, location and how to identify winner

• Time: 21/04/2021 – 03/05/2021 (within shopping center business hour)
• Location: Lighthouse court, 1st floor AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center – No.10 Vo Nguyen Giap, Kenh Duong, Le Chan, Hai Phong or other location as assigned by AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan.
• – Execution method:
– Time of winner identification: every day from 21/04/2021 – 03/05/2021
– Prize handover: Lighthouse court, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan shopping center, No.10 Vo Nguyen Giap, Kenh Duong, Le Chan, Hai Phong, Vietnam.
– Winner identification method: directly picked from Voucher machine.
– Winners are customers who will eligible bills and join in the Voucher machine program and directly pick out the prize under witnesses of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan staffs and other customers.
– Results after being justified are final, no change and no claim is accepted.

6. Responsibility of informing

• AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will announce details of Voucher machine program on the official website of AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan and at the event’s location.
• AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will publicly announce results at the organization’s event location to winners directly.

7. Other rules

• Winners must comply with the law of personal income tax after claiming the prize, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will deduct personal income tax (collect and pay on behalf of customers) as regulated (if any) before handing over prizes to customers.
• Winners are responsible for any fees relating to claiming prizes (instalment fee, travelling fee, etc relating to prize claiming process)
• Prizes can not be exchanged for money
• With the agreement of Winners, organizations and sponsors will use information and image of Winners for promotion activities.
• With prizes from Lucky prizes to Third prizes (details as in Item 2), customers are required to check the quantity and quality of the product right after being handed over. AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan will not solve any claim about gifts after customers leave the shopping center. With prizes from Special prize to Second Prize (details as in Item 2), claims about return, guarantee, customers will contact directly to and be resolved by product’s supplier.
• All claims about the program after 05/05/2021 will not be accepted. In case of conflict, AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan’s decision is final.
• AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan is responsible for printing vouchers.
• AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan is responsible to store winning evidence for the checking process as regulations.
